All Orders Received after Noon (12pm EST) enter schedule on next day! Each job must be written as a separate PO.
Production Schedule: 7-10 working days upon receipt of PO, Art, Merchandise & Approval.
When available - Rush Charges of 30% (5-7 days) Rush Charges of 40% (3-4 days) Rush Charges of 50% (2-3 days) from receipt of art approval & merchandise.
Order Forms, artwork and merchandise must be complete prior to being put on production schedule.
All Payment Arrangements must be finalized before entering production schedule.

Digitizing is priced at $10.00 per 1,000 stitches. Minimum charge $80.00 rounded to next 1,000.
Tape Edits: $50.00 - when we have to change a current logo.
Personalization: One line $7.00 (A); 2 lines $9.00 (A)
All Dr. Names with specialization: $8.00 (A)
Performance Shirts: Add $0.50 (A) special backing per piece
Hat Backs: Minimum charge $3.30 (A) when doing the front (under 4,000 stitches) TYPESET ONLY
Bags: Add $1.00 (A) each
Poly Bagging: $0.50 (A) each we supply the bags
Metallic Thread: Add $0.50 (A) per piece
3D or Foam: Add $2.00 (A) per piece
Thread Color Changes: $0.50 (A) per piece
Dakota Design: If you take advantage of our stock designs, and place an order for more than 12 pieces, there will be no set up. If less than 12, there will be a $20.00 set up charge.
When sending in art, please email the highest quality DPI .JPG, .AI, .EPS, .CDR. If you only have a word document, or .PDF we can work with that as well.
Copy of Disk: $20.00
Sewouts using Customer tape: $10.00
Any unused disks not claimed will be destroyed after 2 years.
We are not responsible for sewing results on customer supplied DST files.
Customer is responsible for garment usage of supplied DST files.
All shirts steamed and folded: NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE
No extra charge for Solvy or top quality materials.
Shirts and Hats not combined for quantity.
Sorting Fee: $0.20 per piece
You should always expect quality, and we provide it inclusive!
SPOILAGE
Although our normal spoilage is insignificant, we do allow for 2% damage. We will credit accounts for any spoilage in excess of one piece or 2% - whichever is the greater.
International Shipments $50 service charge plus Freight.
SHIPPING
Handling: $7.50 per location
Shipping Fees are based on weight, dimensions & ZIP code. We use FEDEX / UPS Ground rates unless your PO directs us otherwise. PLEASE indicate on your shipping request form if we are shipping to a residence or a business.
Shipping Insurance requests must be on purchase order.
Wrong Address or Unspecified Residence: Subject to $20.00 each UPS change.
